Had it up to here with all the streaming price hikes? Some of the biggest streamers are offering a slew of price cuts for Cyber Monday, but the clock is ticking.
Hulu, Paramount+, Max, and NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube are among the streaming services teeing up steep Black Friday and Cyber Monday discounts, but the deals are about to end, some as soon as today.
A couple things to keep in mind:
- Most of these deals are reserved for new and returning subscribers.
- These Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals will eventually expire, and when they do, they’ll auto-renew at the standard rate unless you cancel first—so don’t forget to smash the “cancel subscription” button if you don’t want to pay extra.
With that, on to the deals…
Hulu with ads: 12 months for $0.99 a month (87% off)
Hulu’s annual Black Friday deal has become something of a holiday tradition, and it’s back again this year. For just a buck a month, you can get Hulu with ads for a full 12 months, an 87% savings compared to the usual $7.99/month price. That’s a killer discount, but it’s only available to new and returning Hulu subscribers (“returning” means you’ve been gone for at least a month), and the offer ends on November 28.
Paramount+: Essential for $1.99/month or with Showtime for $3.99/month for 3 months (67% off)
Ready for some Yellowstone or Star Trek spinoffs? New and returning subscribers can snag 3 months’ worth of Paramount+ for less during this Black Friday/Cyber Monday offer. Paramount+ Essential is just $1.99 a month for three months as part of the deal, while Paramount+ with Showtime is $3.99/month for three months. Normally, those Paramount+ plans go for $5.99 a month and $11.99/month, respectively. The deal expires on December 3.
Peacock Premium (with ads): $1.99/month for 12 months or $19.99/year for 1 year (67% off)
Peacock is slashing price for its ad-supported Premium plan for new and returning subscribers. Sign up, and you’ll get access to shows such as Poker Face, The Office, Yellowstone and–best of all–Suits. The offer ends on November 27.
Max with ads: $2.99/month for 6 months (70% off)
Succession, The Last of Us, Game of Thrones, and more are yours for the taking with this enticing Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal from Max. For 6 months, new and returning Max subscribers can get Max with ads for just $2.99 a month, a 70% discount versus the usual $9.99/month rate. The deal expires on November 27.
NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube (up to 49% off)
After slashing prices for the remainder of the season, YouTube is offering yet another NFL Sunday Ticket discount during Black Friday. Starting now until November 27, you can pick up the NFL Sunday Ticket add-on for YouTube TV for just $89 for the rest of the season (down from the latest post-discount price of $174), paid in four installments of $22.25 each. Not a YouTube TV subscriber? You can get NFL Sunday Ticket through YouTube Primetime Channels for $139 (down from $224), paid in four $27.25 installments.
