By using LaunchKitty’s website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

About our service

LaunchKitty provides website health check scanning and monitoring for small businesses. Our scanner analyses publicly accessible website content across 14 dimensions including security, compliance, SEO, performance, and accessibility. We serve businesses in the UK and US.

What our reports are and are not

Our reports are informational. They are based on what your web server returned at the time of scanning. They identify potential issues and provide plain-English guidance on how to address them.

Our reports do not constitute legal advice, regulatory certification, or professional consultancy. A LaunchKitty report does not guarantee compliance with any regulation. We detect known patterns and signatures — we cannot guarantee detection of all tools, vulnerabilities, or compliance issues. Always consult a qualified professional for specific legal or regulatory obligations.

Accounts and access

When you purchase a report or subscribe to monitoring, we create an account using the email address you provide. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share account access with third parties unless you are on a plan that permits multiple users.

Payments and pricing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Current pricing:

Single Report (£39): One-off payment. Report delivered immediately. Non-refundable once delivered, as the service has been fully performed.

Monthly Monitoring (£19/month): Billed quarterly (£57 every 3 months). Includes weekly re-scans, compliance alerts, and email notifications. You may cancel at any time — your monitoring will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

Annual Plan (£149/year): Billed annually. Includes everything in Monthly Monitoring. You may cancel at renewal. No refunds for partial years.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscribers will be honoured at their current rate until their next renewal date.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing admin@launchkitty.com or through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your reports and dashboard until that date. After cancellation, your account data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

Acceptable use

You may use LaunchKitty to scan websites that you own or have authorisation to scan. You must not use our service to scan websites maliciously, to attempt to overload our systems, to reverse-engineer our scanning methodology, or to resell or redistribute our reports without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the LaunchKitty website — including text, design, code, logos, and report templates — is owned by LaunchKitty and protected by copyright. You may share your own reports with your team, web developer, or clients. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell LaunchKitty content, reports, or branding.

Limitation of liability

LaunchKitty is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that our scans will detect every issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchKitty’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to our service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or regulatory fines, arising from your use of our service or reliance on our reports.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LaunchKitty harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or regulation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email (if you have an account) or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
